Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
COO is a critical role in the UK T&Pm leadership team and reports directly to the UK CEO. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of agency operations and understand all disciplines, functions and roles within the agency mix.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, lead and implement business operations, drawing on all capabilities of the organisation, to drive productivity gains (including overall operations/process improvements), accelerate client satisfaction, and transform the business.
- Build a culture of data driven operational reporting which leads to the identification of new initiatives to improve our service offering and ways of working.
- Define and codify a way of working which enables world class media and creative work while delivering integrated cross-discipline excellence, data driven marketing and real time work.
- Work with the CTO to implement and standardise work management systems such as briefing, pricing, project/resource management, time management and reporting, ensuring these systems allow T&Pm to forecast profitability and resource utilisation in real time.
- Contribute to our business strategy and plan for growth, including designing and developing new capabilities and integration with existing capabilities, automation, systems and technology to support our business success.
- Introduce new operating models (from new ways of working, new products and tech, automation, etc) to define and deliver excellence for our clients.
- Work alongside the agency’s leadership team to ensure our structure is operationally efficient to service our clients.
- Ensure utilisation across clients is being reviewed and acted upon appropriately.
- Educate teams on operational excellence and expand agency capabilities.
- Design, build and implement technologies to support excellence in delivery.
- Shape the future of the T&Pm operating model to stay ahead of, and aligned to, increasing fast paced innovations in AI, technology and operations.
- Create an efficient, joined up operating structure, that can be standardised and utilised in our global markets.
