Description:
We are always looking for exceptional talent to join our inspiring multinational business and right now we are seeking to recruit a driven Commercial Manager to lead the UK customer relationship, ensuring smooth project execution and satisfaction at every step.
As the UK Commercial Manager, you will oversee customer relations, from the acceptance of quotes to the final billing stage. This involves liaising across various departments such as sales, engineering, and analytics to ensure that customer expectations are met. You will also be responsible for managing the UK invoicing process and overseeing an Accounts Administrator.
- Coordinate customer solution delivery from start to finish, ensuring clear and informed communication throughout.
- Manage project logistics, installation, and maintenance with close attention to customer needs.
- Oversee the invoicing process, including the use of Sage 200 for automatic invoicing and interfacing with the AWS database.
- Provide analytics support in line with customer service level agreements (SLAs).
- Facilitate customer onboarding and training.
- Regularly report to the Head of Operations and conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure smooth documentation and process management to enhance customer experience.
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Experience in improving commercial processes and ensuring compliance.
- Knowledge of business processes, with some experience in accounts or fiscal management.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
