UK Country Manager

We are seeking a country manager to drive our growth and expansion in the UK. This is a marketing role that will work closely with various departments across the organization. You will be responsible for leading UK marketing plans and overseeing business results. You should be passionate about freelance and the Fiverr’s mission of changing how the world works together. We need a creative big-thinker that has no problem diving into a spreadsheet and understanding the numbers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing/ Business Development, preferably a full marketing funnel, within a global or digital-first company.
• Exceptional ability to analyze data in order to extract meaningful insights, and apply these insights to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate creative ideas into actionable marketing plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch and present ideas to both internal teams and external partners.
• Agreement to work remotely.

What am I going to do?:

• Lead UK Marketing Activities: from building partnerships with local businesses or tech organizations to identifying local influencers to collaborate with. The role will lead and collaborate on growth marketing campaigns, brand media strategies, press coverage, and community events.
• Own Business Results: measure market growth, monitor data trends, user behavior, and external opportunities to optimize investment. Provide regular updates and reports to Marketing Management on UK initiatives, inclusive of achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future actions.
• Drive UK Knowledge Building: consolidate insights from UK activities - previous partnerships, product integrations and events, local research, surveys, and product tests. Formulate hypotheses to enhance the local experience and improve conversion rates for UK users.
