We currently have a number of openings at Johnson Matthey in our 2025 Global Graduate Leadership Rotational Programme. The Johnson Matthey LEAD Programme supports the key capabilities of our business and the rapid professional progression of future leaders. Graduates on the LEAD programme will undergo leadership development while completing high priority business projects in the areas of Science, Operations or Commercial.
This application will be for consideration of your first rotation, although we encourage individuals to rotate into all project areas.

Science projects may include:

  • Apply scientific methods to solve complex research problems and bring new perspective to existing solutions
  • Develop next generation catalysts to efficiently convert harmful emissions to environmentally friendly compounds
  • Assess environmental impacts of production technologies for R&D opportunity
  • Method design and delivery for product analysis
  • Support scale-up from lab to plant and standardize processes for day-to-day manufacturing
  • Commission lab equipment and develop/deliver training to chemists
