Who we are looking for
The role will be responsible for driving the execution and delivery of the change management program across the UK. This broad portfolio includes strategic, regulatory, geopolitical and business transformation change across UK businesses. In addition, the role will provide project management oversight for specific UK projects.
The role will interact with the global change management office within the Chief Administrator Office, as well as senior leaders within the UK.
What you will be responsible for

As UK Head of Change Management Office, Vice President you will

  • Maintain and enhance the program, policies and procedures of the UK Change Management department. Ensure program materials are kept up to date, are well understood, and provide for the delivery of a portfolio of key change initiatives across the UK.
  • Develop and manage relationships with programme sponsors and partners across the UK and global business lines and infrastructure, working closely with all stakeholders to ensure a sustainable and cohesive programme delivery.
  • Establish and monitor an effective oversight framework to ensure that issues and risks to the UK from change projects are appropriately identified, escalated and resolved, including global changes which may impact the UK.
  • Ensure UK Change Management Committee materials are fulsome and issued on time. May serve as chair delegate in absence of the chair.
  • Ensure operations of the Change Management department are well supervised and have sound controls.
  • Prepare and lead key project meetings, including steering committees and working groups. Utilise key project management tools and techniques and maintain document artefacts to a high standard
  • Supervise the change management team, including talent development, cross training, communications with key stakeholders, and team productivity/load balancing.
