Responsibilities:
- Be the administrator for the online sales tool (currently Joor), liaising with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and IT to ensure all information is up to date, that orders can be taken on the system, and that once orders are taken, they flow accurately to the company’s financial systems for orders to be taken on the system.
- Maintain our best practice and content-sharing platform up to date with seasonal add-ons.
- Lead on customer administration, including creating new customer forms, checking the accuracy of customer details, and following up on any missing or required information.
- Support the selling process by owning the sales diary, supporting the arrangement of sales trips including booking flights and coordinating meetings.
- Arranging and coordinating external showroom (Paris) activities for the ROW team.
- Maintain and complete the weekly key account tracker to be published to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Wholesale Operations Team with all shipping-related operations, including RAs, QC issues, and any other related activities, by working closely with the Wholesale Operations Manager.
- Work with The ROW sales team to coordinate the preparation and distribution of point-of-sale materials and franchise documents to wholesale and franchise partners.
- Liaise with the Wholesale Operations team and the Accounts Receivable manager to help resolve account issues.
- Manage the UK showroom, including liaising with internal stakeholders to keep the visual merchandising up to date, and managing the back-of-house elements of the showroom.
- Support by working as one team and with the rest of the Wholesale and third-party sales team whenever needed to achieve the department and company goals.
