We are actively hiring for a senior HR professional to act as our UK Ireland Country Leader and HRBP Sales, Corporate EHRM. This is a fully remote UK based role on a fixed 2 year contract.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a great role divided into two halves - UK&I Country HR Focal & HRBP for Sales Director responsible for Europe & Africa & UK&I Corporate Functions.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Significant experience in a variety of Human Resource positions, both client and specialist based. Experience working with legal entities Some travel expected to connect with team
Responsibilities:
Partner with the business and global functional leaders and HRBPs to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives; including: workforce planning and execution, drive hiring plan execution, HR KPI excellence, and site culture Develop and embed a contemporary organizational culture and leverage change acceleration techniques to assist in driving broad change In partnership with SED leader, provide HR strategy that aligned with CES – Sales & Commercial objectives
