JOB SUMMARY

The Business Development Manager is responsible for new customer acquisition which includes new lead generation and engaging with existing Select customers that we deal with through other verticals in the business. We offer a large suite of Digital and IT products and ancillary services associated with same.

Responsibilities:

Marketing materials provided for prospecting

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED;

  • An excellent understanding of what services we currently offer to customers and an understanding of why these services are of benefit to them.
  • Ability to identify our target market.
  • A passion for Apple products.
  • Great communication skills which include; quick response turnaround times, active listening, clear and concise reply’s to queries to ensure customer expectations are always managed. Detailed information that allows customers to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work well with other team members in both your immediate team and the wider company teams.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
