  • Extensive knowledge of ACORD messaging particularly Global Reinsurance and Large Commercial (GRLC)
  • Extensive knowledge of Market London Market Modernisation Business Process and Best Practice
  • Experience in working on delivering digital placing & accounting processes and development of operational alignments
  • Advanced working techniques / self-organization skills to manage delivery of London Market projects
  • Advanced knowledge of current Lloyd’s and Company messaging processes
  • Knowledge of business operations and procedures
  • Project knowledge and experience engaged in implementing improvements.
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
  • MS Office knowledge at normal user level – particularly Excel
  • Genius knowledge beneficial
