Overview:
Arteriors is seeking a UK Office Administrator to join our London Showroom team to provide administrative support.
Arteriors is a high-growth, dynamic home furnishings wholesaler with an employee-centered culture that stresses achieving results and having fun along the journey. Our award-winning lighting, accent furniture, mirrors, and accessories are frequently featured in shelter magazines like Architectural Digest and Elle Decor. Our products are also a favorite among TV and movie set designers.
You posses the following qualifications-
- 0-4 years in administrative support, preferably in a similar industry (manufacturing, distribution, retail, design)
- Possess a collaborative work style that invites participation coupled with a can-do attitude
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and external contacts to the organization
- Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, environment
- Exceptional organizational skills required to handle multiple activities and prioritize project
Responsibilities:
- Support the showroom on various projects and targeted initiatives
- General office administration
- Support the Sales team with processing orders and managing order updates
- Liaise with new and existing clients by processing any requests, quoting, and providing general admin. VAT Invoices etc.
- Stock control, coordinate and receive product deliveries, and organize the storage unit
- General administration such as filing, inventory, and sales lists.
- Manage the London inbox with answers to inquiries, such as price lists and general questions.
- Provide administrative support to the staff in a variety of capacities including telephone coverage
- Manage inbound and outbound deliveries to and from clients
- Work independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned by showroom manager and sales team.
