Centric Consulting is an international management consulting firm with expertise in digital, business and technology. We are looking for a UKG Consultant to join our growing team. The UKG Consultant will support client projects by applying extensive expertise in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, Labor Scheduling, and other Workforce Management (WFM) processes and systems. Leverage professional experience, including engagements with a Big 4 consultancy, global management firms, niche consultancies, or in-house roles focused on large-scale UKG WFM projects. Demonstrate proficiency in various areas of WFM, such as time management, attendance, forecasting, and scheduling, and extensive experience managing multiple UKG WFM and HR system implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a critical resource on large-scale UKG WFM projects
  • Deliver high-quality client service and solutions, addressing global WFM challenges and complex requirements and advising on best practices
  • Identify WFM improvement initiatives and efficiency opportunities to enhance quality and internal control adherence while mitigating risks
  • Support seamless transitions during UKG WFM implementations and transformations
  • Contribute to revenue generation by identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and fostering enduring client relationships
  • Engage in full project lifecycle activities, including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Post-production Support
  • Influence stakeholders to support WFM transformation and operational improvement initiatives
  • Foster team collaboration and promote an inclusive work environment
  • Participate in business development by developing proposals and delivering presentations in the WFM sector
