JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Officer will utilize various surveillance techniques and equipment to monitor premises and respond to incidents as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with conflict management techniques and surveillance operations.
• Ability to operate CCTV systems effectively.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to observe activities and identify potential security threats.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing assistance as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify vulnerabilities or security breaches.
• Implement conflict management strategies when dealing with disputes or disturbances.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities for record-keeping purposes.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior or activities.
