Description:

Aon is looking for an Underwriting Professional I (Associate Underwriter) for our Leisure department!
This is a hybrid role, based out of our Fort Wayne, IN office.
K&K Insurance is a leading provider of specialty coverage in the exciting areas of sports, leisure, recreation, motor sports, and events. With a 70-year history of excellence, clients across the US and Canada choose K&K for our unique insurance products and expert claims resolution. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our client by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our K&K Insurance Leisure business group with Aon Affinity.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS:

Valid Property and Casualty License, or must obtain within 90 days of hire
1-3 years of insurance industry experience

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $52,000 to $58,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
