Allianz Commercial South Region is looking for a dedicated Underwriting Team Manager to support one of our Southampton underwriting teams.
The right candidate will be a strong operational team leader who will work within an established team of Mid-Market Fleet underwriters, taking ownership of all day-to-day operational results. They will have the skill set to lead the team in a professional way delivering, a high standard of service to both external and internal customers.
This role is based in Southampton and will report into the Branch Manager. This is a hybrid working role with 3 days a week in the office. You will also be willing to travel to other offices and external visits.
