The UC Growth Specialist is a key strategic role at Redsquid, driving the expansion and enhancement of our Unified Communications offering as we embark on an exciting acquisition journey. Working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will ensure seamless integration of UC solutions into newly acquired businesses, deliver an outstanding UC experience for our customers, and spearhead initiatives to grow our UC customer base. You will play a part in our M&A journey and be a key contact for sales team members that join Redsquid as a part of an integration. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXCELLENCE:
- Serve as the UC expert, ensuring a superior experience for customers transitioning to or adopting our solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for UC-related queries and provide tailored solutions to address customer challenges.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in Unified Communications, preferably within the technology or Managed Service Provider industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing and driving growth in UC portfolios.
- Strong understanding of UC technologies, platforms, and trends.
- In-depth knowledge of VoIP, telephony systems, video conferencing, collaboration tools, and other UC solutions.
- Proficiency in integrating UC systems across different business environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, acquired businesses, and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
