Description:
Uniform Coordinator
As our Uniform Coordinator, you will be responsible for oversight of our full uniform process for Security Officers throughout the Lower Mainland, which includes providing new items and recovering the old pieces, ordering more stock and maintaining the inventory count, and responding to requests from employees in-person, over the phone, by email, and through our online ticket portal (Jira).
This position is fully-office based, sitting at the front-desk of our HR office, and will be expected to lift and move boxes of uniforms on a regular basis, which can be up to 50lbs. Additionally, our Uniform Coordinator provides break coverage and support for our Corporate Receptionist, and assists the Talent Acquisition team with drop-in candidates seeking information about employment with Paladin.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Experience in retail, security, and/or customer service would be considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and superior attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Team player, ideally looking to expand knowledge and skills in the HR field

Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors, employee, interviewees, and applicants in a pleasant and professional manner
- Fit and issue uniforms to new Security Officer training groups in-office
- Respond to employee requests for items in-person, via phone or email, and through our online ticketing system
- Order stock and communicate with vendors
- Track inventory issuance and recovery
- Notify departing employees when their final paycheque is ready for pick-up and remind them to return all uniform items
- Provide break relief and support for Corporate Receptionist
- Audit inventory on a regular basis
- Support Talent Acquisition team members as needed
- Provide metrics regularly for uniform costs, inventory accuracy, recovery rate, etc.
- Perform other duties as required to assist with corporate and/or branch needs
