The pay range for this position is subject to an applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement. The negotiated rate for the role is $144,601 annually [or $69.52 per hour]. Please refer to the Collective Bargaining Agreement regarding pay scale and benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, assemble, install, maintain, and repair building systems.
• Provide system support and knowledge.
• Conduct routine checks on safety devices.
• Identify and correct issues.

• Monitor meters, gauges, and computerized controls.
• Obtain manual control of equipment for necessary adjustments.
