Description:
Unlock Your Future with the UNIQLO Management Candidate Programme (UMC)
Are you ready to fast-track your career with one of the world’s leading fashion brands? Join hundreds of ambitious graduates from around the globe in the UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) programme – a launchpad designed to propel your career to new heights.
As UNIQLO rapidly expands across the UK and Europe, including France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Luxemburg, Italy, and Poland, we’re on the lookout for fresh talent eager to lead with purpose and evolve with courage. This is your chance to make a real impact while growing alongside a global brand known for its high-quality, innovative, and affordable clothing.
What to expect in the UMC Programme:
Rotation 1. Month 1-4: Brand Ambassador
Start your journey on the shop floor, where you’ll become a customer service role model. Dive deep into our processes, handling fitting rooms, deliveries, replenishments, and more. Combined with hands-on experience, you’ll engage in business management workshops and discussions with your COO, setting the foundation for your future success.
Rotation 2. Month 5-6: Supervisor
Step up to the role of Supervisor, where you’ll take on managerial responsibilities. Lead your team, shape daily schedules, provide training, and drive sales together on the shopfloor. You’ll also manage a specific product category for your store, and contribute to our corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Rotation 3. Month 7-12: Assistant Manager
Take your impact to the next level as an Assistant Manager. Support the Store Manager in optimising business performance, design strategic shop floor layouts, and develop store members’ training plans. Your leadership will ensure that the store exceeds expectations daily.
Throughout the programme, you’ll be evaluated on your capabilities, opening doors to leading a multi-million revenue store as its store managers.
Your future with UNIQLO
Many of our former UMCs have gone on to achieve incredible things: from managing stores in different countries to becoming COOs or taking on leading roles in sustainability, marketing, e-commerce, and more. This is just the beginning of your journey with UNIQLO.
