Description:

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Proven experience as an Environment/Tech Artist in the game industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your work in 3D environment design and asset creation.
  • Expertise in Unity and its various tools for environment creation and optimization.Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender) and texturing tools (e.g., Substance Designer, Substance Painter, Photoshop).
  • Solid understanding of game art pipelines and asset optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
    This is a part-time role for a period of approximately 1 to 3 months. The workload will not exceed 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to create visually appealing and engaging environments.
  • Develop and implement high-quality 3D assets, textures, and materials.
  • Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual quality.
  • Use Unity’s tools and features to create dynamic and interactive environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to art assets.
  • Ensure that all assets and environments are consistent with the artistic direction and visual style of the project.Provide feedback and guidance to junior artists as needed.
