We are seeking an ambitious, early-career researcher passionate about RNA bioinformatics. As part of our team, you will participate in research, teaching & administration. Specifically you will:

Develop an independent research profile that complements the group’s activities

• .Share your research through publications in top-tier journals and presentations at leading conferences
• .Contribute to grant applications and secure third-party funding
• .Contribute to the department’s teaching activities
• .Hold courses independently within the scope of the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement
• .Participate in development and maintenance of the ViennaRNA Package software
• .Participate in collaborative projects with groups in RNA biology
• .Supervise the research conducted by master’s and doctoral students
• .Take on administrative tasks in research, teaching and administration
• .
