At the Institute of Mechanics and Mechatronics, in the Research Unit of Measurement and Actuator Technology TU Wien is offering a position as university assistant (prae-doc) limited until expected February 28th, 2025 or for the duration of cover for leave of absence for 40 hours/week. Expected start: September 2024.

• Collaboration in teaching tasks as well as examinations: Measurement and vibration engineering and control engineering
• Supervision of students
• Research and project activities in the fields of finite element modeling, model order reduction, acoustics or control engineering
• Preparation of publications and participation in scientific events
• Collaboration in organizational and administrative tasks
