WHO WE ARE

The chair for Historical Transregional Studies at the Faculty Center for Transdisciplinary Historical and Cultural Studies is devoted to further developing cultural studies approaches and concepts of space and connecting the faculty’s institutes in research and teaching. The focus areas include rurality in cross-epochal and transregional dimensions, political epistemologies, and women’s and gender history in an interdisciplinary perspective. The position of a university assistant () is advertised to support the department.
The position is limited to 28.02.2027 and is planned to be filled from 01.12.2024.
