The Institute for Corporate and Business Law is looking for a university assistant with an interest in corporate law issues to support teaching and research. The Institute is part of the Faculty of Law. The Institute’s task is teaching and research in the field of corporate and commercial law.
Place of work: Faculty of Law, Institute for Corporate and Commercial Law (Univ.-Prof. Dr. Ulrich Torggler, LL.M.), Schottenbastei 10-16, 1010 Vienna.
The employment duration is 3 years. Initially limited to 1.5 years, the employment relationship is automatically extended to 3 years if the employer does not terminate it within the first 12 months by submitting a declaration of non-extension. With appropriate work progress, an extension to a total maximum of 4 years is possible. The employment is expected to start on 03.01.2025.
