Job Requirements:

  • Discipline: Business Administration
  • Academic Level: Year 3 and above
  • Other requirements:
  • Requires a high level of initiative and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to client service
  • Intermediate knowledge SharePoint, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • SAP knowledge would be considered an asse

Responsibilities:

Providing the required transportation and equipment to Hydro One’s provincial workforce. This includes but is not limited to obtaining initial capital approvals and budgeting, equipment acquisition and administration, maintenance and repairs, as well as final disposition.

Your job duties may include:

  • Assist in monitoring overall fleet usage including utilization rates
  • Assist with analytical support in preparation for monthly financial reviews
  • Assist with analysis of efficiencies, financial and environmental, achieved through effective use of equipment and tools, including telemetry information
  • Assist with preparation of presentations and/or supporting documentation as required
  • Assist with Fleet Services’ submissions for quarterly notepad
  • Assist with preparing and managing the “Telematics” reports
  • Assist with preparing and managing the “Damage/Abuse” reports
  • Other duties as required

This job will provide you with the following professional development:

  • Understanding of Telematics and analytical analysis of the data collected via Telematics
  • On-the-job experience with monthly financial reporting and modeling
  • Verbal and written communications skills development
  • Working in a team environment
  • Time management skills
  • In-depth understanding of Fleet Services and fleet lifecycle management
  • Experience with SAP & ARI (Automotive Resources International) Fleet Management System
