Description:

Position Summary: We are looking for a University Recruiter to support the business in a variety of UR strategies to promote the company brand and secure top talent for Samsung Research America. In this role, you will also help manage the Summer Intern Program to provide a schedule of events designed for personal and professional growth.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration, Arts or related degrees or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Full cycle recruiting experience for engineering departments
  • Strong organizational abilities and project management competencies
  • Ability to independently manage key relationships to achieve results
  • Ability to drive for results, put the customer first, has intellectual capacity
  • Experience working with recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Handshake, etc.)
  • Ability to travel to universities and recruiting events

Responsibilities:

  • Own entire university recruitment process end-to-end
  • Partner internally with leaders and hiring managers to create strategic hiring plan for the year
  • Develop recruiting strategy that ensures talented and diverse candidate pools and intern cohort
  • Track intern headcount and drive hiring needs to ensure utilization
  • Partner with departments to identify, plan and execute university recruitment events (virtual and face-to-face)
  • Expand and manage university relationships. Travel for recruiting events and partnerships
  • Partner with brand social media leads to promote the Intern Program by creating campaigns/content for social media, LinkedIn, internal/external communications, etc.
  • Organize and execute a Summer schedule of events designed to enhance cohort experience
  • Create and track annual budget for program
