REGIONAL UNIVERSITY RELATIONS PROGRAM MANAGER-EUROPE

As a Regional University Relations Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for implementing and executing university relations strategies and programs across Europe to attract and retain top talent from universities and colleges. You will build, collaborate, and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, campus recruiting teams, strategic business group (SBG) Talent Acquisition leaders and university recruiters to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates are targeted for our University Relations (UR) openings. This role is crucial in driving Honeywell’s UR talent acquisition efforts and building a diverse and skilled workforce.
You will report directly to our Director of Talent Acquisition, University Relations. You will align in a matrix relationship to our Director of Talent Acquisition, Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional university relations engagement plan across key Honeywell focus schools to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement recruitment programs, internships, co-op opportunities and other university engagement initiatives.
  • Own and drive accountability for regional, specific UR talent acquisition responsibilities and goals.
  • Work with SBG TA leadership to assist in the effort to collect, validate and compile annual UR hiring demand plans.
  • Actively work with SBG TA teams to assist in driving, measuring, and ensuring annual intern conversion goals are achieved.
  • Drive intern, co-op and new graduate hiring success through tracking and analyzing university recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of UR programs.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HRGs and business leaders to educate, influence and drive annual intern and co-op conversion efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key academic institutions, regularly assess the flow of talent to the organization and evaluate ROI.
  • Identify and engage with high-potential candidates for internships, co-op programs, and full-time positions providing a high-quality student employment experience that promotes Honeywell’s employer brand and value proposition.
  • Partner with peer-level regional UR managers to execute on corporate sponsored internship programming and development activities.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of academic systems and processes related to UR talent acquisition and internship programming within a region.
