JOB DESCRIPTION: UNQORK IT SME (CONFIGURATOR)

ABOUT US:

Improvix Technologies is a leader in providing cutting-edge IT solutions and services to government clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Unqork IT SME (Configurator) to support our client, the Department of State ADD, in implementing and configuring custom applications using Unqork’s no-code platform. This is a fully remote position requiring an active Secret clearance.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an IT SME, Configurator, or similar role, with at least 1 year of experience configuring applications on the Unqork platform.
• Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Unqork’s no-code platform, including data modeling, workflow automation, integrations, and UI/UX customization.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of API integrations, web technologies, and cloud-based applications. Familiarity with tools like JSON, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Clearance: Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certifications: Unqork certification or other related IT certifications.
• Government Experience: Prior experience working on federal IT projects or within a government contracting environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Unqork IT SME (Configurator), you will be responsible for leveraging the Unqork platform to design, build, and configure applications that meet the needs of the Department of State ADD. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that drive efficiency, automation, and improved business processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Application Development: Configure and develop applications using Unqork’s no-code platform to meet client specifications and requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and end-users to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
• Customization & Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for performance and scalability, implementing custom business rules, workflows, and data models.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing and participate in end-to-end testing to ensure solutions function as intended and meet quality standards.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, including configuration guidelines, workflows, and system design specifications.
• Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to client teams and end-users as required, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing system maintenance.
• Best Practices: Stay current with Unqork updates and best practices to continuously improve application performance and user experience.
