Salary: £36,300 per year with a £1,200 annual car allowance
We are currently seeking a caring and resilient individual to join our growing organisation as an Unregistered Homes Manager at The Fitzroy Academy, our new facility provides residential care and short breaks for young people with Learning Disabilities.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a conscientious individual with relevant care qualifications, skills, and knowledge to provide effective leadership and management. The Unregistered Manager will report to the Registered Manager/Head of Care for the provision. Successful candidates will be dedicated professionals with verified experience as a Senior Residential Care Worker for children as a minimum.
Under the direction of the Head of Care you will efficiently provide leadership and management of the home and actively work with the Head of Care to ensure appropriate placements are made and maintained.
