Up Talent is the new name for Match Making, the recruitment arm of Up World. We know how to build a lean marketing team capable of remarkable results and have been supporting small and medium sized businesses with their hiring since 2020.
The offering is team design, hiring, onboarding and ongoing performance acceleration for your Marketers, from start-up experts.

OVERVIEW:

This role is the first time we’ve ever invested in Marketing for our own Marketing Recruitment team, which is crazy, right?
That’s why we care so much about getting it right. We want someone who is used to a shoestring and recognises the opportunity of taking a brand from the beginning to something great. We are also starting small and will need to be really focused with our time and efforts.
We are looking for someone 1x day a week for a FTC of six months.

YOU’LL HAVE…

• You’re motivated by growth and making something out of nothing

• You’re sufficiently independent in your working style - this role is well supported (we will help with anything, any time, BUT we need you to ask for the right help!)

• You’re familiar with the start-up and scale-up world and you have lots of ideas to share
• Creative, independent and able to act quickly
• A self-starter full of initiative and ideas
• You know about recruitment - even the basics will give you a head start here!
• You have experience working with HubSpot to create automations and build email flows

Salary: We are looking for a freelancer for £200 a day, or FTE for six months, pro rata £40k per year.
Logistics: Remote

• Thinking about lead gen and how to make this work for us across the year
• Writing a monthly thought leadership piece
• Manage activity to make sure our CRM (light touch) is hot and building a newsletter database
• Support with Linkedin Content and planning (not writing)
