KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Interest in Marketing and Communications related functions
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Confident in Microsoft office suite

• Supporting the marketing and communications team with day-to-day activities as set out below:
• Contribute towards key in-residence events, housing fairs & activations. On site support of these events when requires.
• Horizon scanning and competitor watch
• Interviewing staff across the business to develop engaging content for internal communication channels including Intranet, Viva Engage and staff newsletters
• Assist with creating content for social media and digital channels including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Managing the iQ Social clubs and schedule planning for iQ Resident Ambassador Programme and engagement planning for Best Welcome events and iQ Thrive Success Series
• Support team with key campaigns and events, contributing towards email, social, website and listing updates as well as maintaining marketing calendars.
• Assist in preparing the publication and distribution of marketing materials for the business and residence buildings across the country.
• Contribute to creative briefs for key campaigns and proofing collateral prior to printing.
