QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates degree required.
  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative support required.
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with intermediate Excel skills required;
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to effectively communicate and interact, both verbally and in writing, with people across diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Program Coordinator manages the applicant enrollment processes; tracking applications/agreement forms, and manage participant communications. The coordinator manages calendars and schedules for participant screenings. Occasional support of participants with career exploration and interview preparation. This position is an integral part of the effort to become an employer of choice by attracting, retaining, and engaging talent as well as fostering a reputation for career opportunities and growth in the local community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate applicant enrollment processes; tracking applications/agreement forms and manage participant communications. Some program data collection/reporting.
  • Coordinate tuition approvals, and request for course materials; manage vendor purchasing contracts; manage paid release-time tracking and audit process
  • Coordinate calendars and schedules for participant screenings; manage program and tuition email boxes
  • Assist with career exploration and interview preparation for program participants as needed.
  • Assist with updating program materials, and information on website, and other distribution methods.
    Other duties as assigned
