About the Role:
We are looking for a Dental Practice Manager, to provide support our surgery both a NHS and Private Dental Practice.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting.
• Utilize human resources skills to recruit, train, and manage staff effectively.
• Apply veterinary experience to enhance patient care and treatment processes.
• Supervise staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Utilize communication and computer skills to facilitate efficient office operations.
