Description:
STRATEGY
- Develop and execute the strategy and the roadmaps of the Centre in line to the overall Company’s goals and directions.Advise the CEO and Senior Management Team on matters related to the Centre business and operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- A master’s degree in a business-related field and/or in training or education is an added advantage.5 to 7 years of experience (with minimum 3 years of management experience. 5 years of experience in running and managing executive training and development courses.)
- Able to develop, articulate and present a sound business plan and strategy.
- Able to do market opportunity identification and assessment.
- Familiar with business development and sales forecasting skills.
- Familiar with business financial management.
- Familiar with new product development process.
- Possess good market research skills.
- Possess good understanding of relevant marketing models and methodologies.
- Familiar with executive training and development products, services, distribution channels, and customer segments.
- Possess good understanding of the current and target market segments and how it development with the macroeconomic development.
- Possess good grasp of evolving technology and how to leverage this for the benefit of the business.

Responsibilities:
