REQUIREMENTS

• A master’s degree in a business-related field and/or in training or education is an added advantage.
• 5 to 7 years of experience (with minimum 3 years of management experience. 5 years of experience in running and managing executive training and development courses.)
• Able to develop, articulate and present a sound business plan and strategy.
• Able to do market opportunity identification and assessment.
• Familiar with business development and sales forecasting skills.
• Familiar with business financial management.
• Familiar with new product development process.
• Possess good market research skills.
• Possess good understanding of relevant marketing models and methodologies.
• Familiar with executive training and development products, services, distribution channels, and customer segments.
• Possess good understanding of the current and target market segments and how it development with the macroeconomic development.
• Possess good grasp of evolving technology and how to leverage this for the benefit of the business.

To develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy and operational excellence to drive revenue growth and increasing profitability of the Centre.
