REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Education/ Teacher Certificate, Diploma or other Teacher Accreditation courses and certification, or relevant field.
• Prior experience teaching in an enrichment centre or similar educational setting.
• 1-2 year of proven experience in teaching mathematics/ science at the primary or early secondary school level.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage young learners effectively.
• Passion for education and commitment to the academic and personal development of students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiar with Singapore’s education system and curriculum frameworks (PSLE & early Secondary).

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the enrichment centre’s curriculum.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and promotes creativity.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with students and parents; provide regular updates to parents on students’ performance and progress
• Collaborate with colleagues & assistant to enhance curriculum development and teaching methods.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, performance, and achievements.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities provide & collaborate with Japan HQ as required.
• Ensure centre management and the safety and well-being of all students.Perform all administrative and other duties as assigned.
