Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior HR generalist role.
  • Proven experience in developing performance review templates and guidelines.
  • Extensive experience in high-volume cross-border hiring.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong candidate pipelines, especially in graduate hiring.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing remote teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in HR software and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Generalist Expertise: Lead and manage all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance review templates and guidelines to ensure consistent and fair performance evaluations.
  • High-Volume Cross-Border Hiring: Manage high-volume cross-border hiring processes to support the company’s rapid growth and expansion.Ensure compliance with regional hiring regulations and practices.
  • Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, with a particular focus on graduate hiring.Develop strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Remote Work Management: Foster a productive and collaborative remote working environment.Provide support and resources to remote team members to ensure their success and engagement.
