ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Urology Nurse Consultant to join our team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital. In this pivotal role, you will utilise your extensive clinical knowledge and expertise to coordinate the delivery of high-quality care for Urology patients. You will be responsible for providing professional nursing advice, managing delegations of care, and addressing any inconsistencies between practice and policy, ensuring optimal patient outcomes across a variety of clinical settings, including ward inpatients and outpatients.
As a Urology Nurse Consultant, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership and support within a multidisciplinary team. You’ll have a significant degree of autonomy in your decision-making, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of patient care.
