We are currently recruiting for a Uropa Sales Support Executives (6 Month Fix Term Contract)
Working Monday – Friday 8:15am – 5pm Or 8am - 4:45pm (Hybrid working available after settling in period)
In order to ensure fully support the company’s growth we are looking to recruit an additional Sales Support Executive for our Uropa division dealing with the Wholesale Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for, managing existing relationships with our network of catering equipment distributors, providing exceptional service, and ensuring we are easy to do business with. You will have a 2 week induction to ensure you are fully familiar with our key systems and processes, and you will then be gradually introduced to the different aspects of the role, at a pace that suits you.
You will join a team of just under 30 colleagues, so there will be plenty of support and a lively atmosphere that will help nurture your development as you learn the skills of the job from your peers, your buddy and your line manager. This is a great role for a Sales Support Executive who is looking to work for a market leading business who can offer a great range of career paths.

We therefore fully support a hybrid working model after a period of training, this would be 2 days a week working from home and 3 days a week at our modern open plan office in Avonmouth, Bristol.
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to customers and building relationships. You will ideally come from a sales and customer service background. You will need to be confident with making outbound calls to customers, suppliers and internal colleagues. This role requires strong administration experience as you will be working in a shared mailbox to respond to customer queries, processing orders, quotes, and product sourcing.

Key Accountabilities

  • To be the support network for all stakeholders, answering inbound Calls & Emails, offering a one stop resolution for all; where this is not possible, agree call backs to customers until resolutions are achieved.
  • Work collaboratively with clear and concise communication with our Internal Sales Team, External Sales Team, and the Wider Business Network, to drive revenue and provide market leading customer experience.
  • Achieve revenue and margin targets for our customer base, using control frameworks & authority limits, to ensure margin thresholds are adhered to.
  • Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
  • Follow company guidelines to keep GDPR maintained.
  • To live the Uropa (Nisbets) vales & behaviours.
  • Answering inbound phone calls, emails, processing orders, quotes & making any outbound phone calls as and when required.
  • Registering new accounts and maintaining accurate dealer records.
  • Resolving Invoice disputes.
  • Resolve any carrier issues presented to the team via our delivery partners.
