EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or economics preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in technology, data analytics, information systems or similar.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years experience in treasury, finance, banking, data analytics, information systems

  • Proficient technology and financial modeling skills, and ideally significant ability to envision technology/automation-based solutions to deliver Treasury work products accurately and fast.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with banks and financial service providers to open, maintain, and close bank accounts, and identify opportunities to optimize the bank account structure.
  • Maintain and streamline an accurate database of the Company’s bank accounts, bank platform users, authorized signers, and banking services and subscriptions.
  • Investigate and resolve day-to-day bank related inquiries from corporate functions and operating company business partners.
  • Prepare debt compliance reports and support bank audits of debt.
  • Monitor daily cash activity and provide cash position reporting to Finance leadership.
  • Assist with wire and ACH processing.
  • Partner with the business and support Treasury team in executing banking strategies, M&A integration, and company projects.
  • Work with the Treasury and IT teams to identify and create, and/or evaluate technologies and AI solutions to drive process improvements and efficiencies and implement new banking solutions, products, and services.
  • Help to envision and create a forward-thinking, strategic Treasury organization that is a critical component of building company cash flow and thereby creating the financial ability of the operations teams to grow the business.
