What you’ll do…

As an associate on the Responsible Sourcing Compliance team, you will execute Responsible Sourcing Compliance programs by supporting and implementing the corporate governance execution strategy; following up on compliance issues; and escalating issues to appropriate decision makers.
Your expertise in Food/H&W/Consumables will enable you to monitor compliance issues, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and facilitate the timely identification of compliance risks. This knowledge will also help you support the development of short- and long-term compliance program initiatives, enabling you to prioritize immediate needs and plan ongoing enhancements to the program over time.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS…

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in product development, operations management, manufacturing, sourcing, merchandising, public policy, corporate affairs, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in product development, operations management, manufacturing, sourcing, merchandising, public policy, corporate affairs, or related area.

  • Operate with excellence Monitor supply chain compliance by completing job related activities for measured KPIs.
  • Build effective relationships - Establish relationships with key stakeholders and effectively integrate with the Food/H&W/Consumables businesses so compliance is seen as the most trusted support function.
  • Communicate effectively - Provide direction to internal and external partners to ensure adherence to the Responsible Sourcing Compliance program.
  • Support enterprise and team success - Facilitate timely identification of compliance risks and implementation of effective mitigation strategies to enable successful business practices.
  • Establish a roadmap for future enhancement - Assist in the identification of short- and long-term compliance program initiatives, demonstrating the ability to prioritize immediate needs and plan for ongoing enhancement and evolution of the program over time.
