ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Product Manager at Sam’s Club, you’ll play a key role in driving the future of retail by identifying and solving critical problems for our business and members. You’ll lead product development from strategy to execution, working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver solutions that impact millions of members. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead Product Development: Own and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, prioritize effectively, and drive product enhancements that deliver measurable impact.
  • Define Strategy & Vision: Develop a clear product strategy aligned with company goals. Build business cases, identify opportunities, and set objectives that guide the team in creating member-centric solutions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization (business, design, engineering) to translate business and member needs into actionable product plans and solutions. Align cross-functional teams on key priorities.
  • Measure & Improve Performance: Evaluate product performance using key KPIs and metrics. Continuously assess and optimize product features to drive improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and member satisfaction.
  • Champion Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging data and machine learning to drive creative solutions. Bring fresh ideas to the table that push the boundaries of what’s possible in retail.
