Position Summary…
What you’ll do…
As a Software Engineer III this position is a key role in the Core Contact Center engineering team. The position will be responsible for working in an Agile process to build and enhance the associate and customer contact journey. The position will be directly responsible for working with Product teams to understand requirements provided and convert them into solutions using InContact Scripting. You will build needed Java services and integrate them into InContact for self-serve platforms. The position requires complex InContact scripting and development for many different areas in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Expert in InContact script development. Capable of independent development, debugging and maintenance of complex IVRs including with multiple services.
  • Java debugging and maintenance of services needed to support InContact Self-Service
  • Expert in the Contact Center systems

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS…

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.Option 2: 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
