BruckEdwards, Inc. is seeking a USAccess Registrar to join our team of IT professionals supporting a multi-year, on-going Departmental Credentialing initiative for one of our federal clients. This position is performed in a government public office that serves high level executives and officials.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The ability to work onsite with the client in Washington DC, Monday through Friday.
  • High school diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active Public Trust clearance.
  • An active U.S. government issued PIV card.
  • Experience using the USAccess or other PIV credentialing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates effectively, efficiently, and professionally with colleagues and customers in-person, over the phone, and using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
  • Performs daily data entry using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word and Excel).
  • Processes enrollments and activations for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentials which includes updating personal identifiable information, collection, and verification of identity documents, and performing accurate fingerprint capture.
  • Manages the daily schedule for PIV credential processing appointments.
  • Assigns and modifies government facility access using the physical access control systems (PACS).
  • Delivers exemplary customer service and a positive attitude from the initial customer contact through completion of the service provided.
