BruckEdwards, Inc. is seeking a USAccess Registrar to join our team of IT professionals supporting a multi-year, on-going Departmental Credentialing initiative for one of our federal clients. This position is performed in a government public office that serves high level executives and officials.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- The ability to work onsite with the client in Washington DC, Monday through Friday.
- High school diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Public Trust clearance.
- An active U.S. government issued PIV card.
- Experience using the USAccess or other PIV credentialing systems.

Responsibilities:
- Communicates effectively, efficiently, and professionally with colleagues and customers in-person, over the phone, and using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Performs daily data entry using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word and Excel).
- Processes enrollments and activations for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentials which includes updating personal identifiable information, collection, and verification of identity documents, and performing accurate fingerprint capture.
- Manages the daily schedule for PIV credential processing appointments.
- Assigns and modifies government facility access using the physical access control systems (PACS).
- Delivers exemplary customer service and a positive attitude from the initial customer contact through completion of the service provided.
