WesTrac is looking for a detail-oriented Used Equipment & Rental Officer to join our team at Perth Branch, Reid Road Airport Precinct, WA.
This role is responsible for the provision of efficient and effective financial, administrative and logistical support for all aspects of the purchase and sale processes of used equipment & rental, thus ensuring that Customer requirements are met and WesTrac objectives are achieved.
The duties of this role include but are not limited to; managing signed sales agreements, raising invoices, handling customer transactions, monitoring and reviewing SAP reports, create and issue purchase orders and complete audits.
Location: Reid Road, Perth Precinct
Roster: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (Permanent, Full-Time)
