USED CAR SALES MANAGER
- £56,500 basic plus bonus - £70k OTE

As part of their ongoing expansion, our client, an award-winning used car supermarket requires an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to build and run a new team based at their new Flagship site based in Camberley.
You will be responsible for recruiting, inducting and bringing your new team up to speed in a state-of-the-art working environment. The sales team will be comprised of circa 50 staff members, with a mixture of experienced sales executives and fresh blood to the industry.
This is an incredibly exciting time to join as this is a brand new, fresh start dealership that you could really make your own! The company has a car for every type of person so a car can be sold to the whole of the market.
Alongside your customer-centric attitude, you will be commercially minded, passionate about the car industry, and motivated by setting, achieving and exceeding targets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and inspire your sales team to a great performance.
- To unleash the potential of the sales team by setting stretching objectives and providing regular feedback on performance against these objectives
- To resource the sales team appropriately on a day-to-day and longer-term basis.
- Ensure that compliance is enforced and that it meets all the obligations relating to the customer experience.
- Be receptive to new ways of doing things and actively encourage the sales team to try out new ideas
- Inspire the sales team to deliver an Incredible Customer Experience for every customer that the sales team comes into contact with.
- Manage the day-to-day sales activities such as deal files, handovers, sales funnel to maximise sales revenue.
