Fredericton Hyundai is seeking a Used Car Sales Manager to join our team!
As a Used Car Sales Manager with Fredericton Hyundai, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve revenue goals. If you’re a dynamic leader with a passion for achieving sales excellence, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to drive success and drive profits for our organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets
- Experience with Vauto and similar software is an asset
- 1-2 years previous experience in automotive management
- A valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Setting sales targets and goals for individual sales representatives.
- Motivating and inspiring the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Resolving customer complaints and addressing issues promptly.
- Overseeing the management of new and used car inventory.
- Desking of both new and used deals.
- Monitoring stock levels and adjusting orders based on market demand.
- Keeping the team informed about new products, features, and industry trends.
- Collaborating with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to align strategies.
- Generating reports for senior management on sales performance and trends.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
