Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Used Car Manager to oversee our used car department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management and a passion for the automotive industry. This role is pivotal in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Used Car Manager will lead a team of sales associates, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages upselling and maximises profitability.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in automotive software systems for inventory management and sales tracking.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette to communicate professionally with customers and vendors.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the automotive industry, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Ability to upsell products and services effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Strong sales acumen with a focus on building relationships with customers
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and foster teamwork within the department.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
