Job Summary: Build relationships & create customers for life. Responsible for satisfying the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers by presenting features and benefits of both product and of the dealership in order to assist and convince customers to purchase and service their vehicles at MAPLE HILL AUTO GROUP.

Responsibilities:

  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Grown and maintain knowledge of inventory vehicle features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
  • Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.
  • Completes sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.
  • Schedules sold vehicles for delivery with lot technicians prior to customer arrival.
  • Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Maintain vehicle inventory with tasks such as brooming snow, gassing vehicles, testing batteries, etc.
  • Attends sales meetings.
  • Maintains professional appearance.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
