LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Used Sales Executive to join our talented team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to sell approved used Mercedes-Benz, providing excellent service to our customers and helping them find their ideal vehicle.
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £24,232
OTE Bonus: Uncapped

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent service.
• Proficient in negotiation techniques and closing sales.
• A passion for cars and a good understanding of the used car market.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Valid UK driving licence.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
• Present and showcase our used car inventory, highlighting features and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and provide thorough vehicle knowledge to potential buyers.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service throughout the buying experience.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
