At Rutherford & Bond Toyota, we are looking for a results driven Used Vehicle Manager for our Wellington Branch who has a track record of leading successful sales teams.

About the role:
You will be responsible for managing and developing our team of Vehicle Consultants, making sales and working toward sales and budget targets. You will continue to develop and maintain a high level customer service to ensure increased sales and customer satisfaction. Please note this is a Selling Sales Manager role.
About you:
Two years of customer service experience ideally in Sales
Management experience is not essential but is desired
Resilience to achieve goals even in the face of obstacles
Personable with the ability to interact with a wide variety of customers and staff
Strong organisational skills and the capability to prioritise workloads and tasks efficiently
The ability to work well in a team environment
Results driven

As we are a 6 day business, weekend work is required, however we operate a fair rotating roster.
